Acts of Faith Media is supported through voluntary financial contributions from individuals who wish to help us create and distribute Christian faith-based digital content around the world.

Every contribution helps support activities such as content production, website hosting, equipment, software, maintenance, and other ministry-related operating expenses.

2. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to Acts of Faith Media are completely voluntary. Making a donation does not create any contractual relationship, membership, ownership interest, or entitlement to goods or services unless explicitly stated for a specific campaign.

3. How Donations Are Used

Donations may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Creating Christian videos and educational content.
  • Website development and maintenance.
  • Software, equipment, and production expenses.
  • Content editing, publishing, and distribution.
  • Operational and administrative costs.
  • Future ministry projects and digital outreach.

4. Refund Policy

Because donations are voluntary and are generally applied promptly toward our ministry activities, donations are normally considered non-refundable.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. A refund request may be considered in circumstances such as:

  • An accidental duplicate donation.
  • An incorrect donation amount entered by mistake.
  • An unauthorized transaction that is verified by the payment provider.
  • Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Request Timeframe

If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of the transaction date.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review, depending on the circumstances.

All online donations are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Refunds approved by Acts of Faith Media are processed through the original payment method whenever possible and remain subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

To protect both donors and Acts of Faith Media, we reserve the right to request additional information before approving a refund request and may decline requests that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with this policy.
